General Information
The Investment Home Owners Grant (IHOG) has been introduced to offset some of the costs associated with investment home ownership. It is an initiative funded by Investment Home Owners Grant and its affiliated agents.
Under the scheme, a grant of up to $2000 is payable to investment home owners (that purchase or refinance an investment property) that satisfy all the eligibility criteria.
