If you are buying or refinancing an investment home, you may be eligible for benefits under the Investment Home Owners Grant scheme.
The IHOG rebate is fully funded by a private NSW business and administered by Investment Home Owners Grant and its associated agents. The rebate was developed to assist eligible investment home buyers to purchase or refinance their investment home by offering up to a $2000 grant.
